The Bloody Pig Sty

In the decadent barony of Brenn, a monstrous pig is sowing chaos. The beast attacks travellers, especially merchants and nobles, and devours them body and wealth, eating flesh, bone, gold and silver alike. Its presence makes the roads dangerous ; most activities have stopped and most people have fled.

The adventure proposes a quest to kill a monster, but also several smaller things to do and hooks on the side. I also sprinkled in some interesting items and treasure to reward players who know to explore thoroughly.

The theme is gluttony, greed, but it's also about rot, infection, and gross stuff in general. This project was partly inspired by the aesthetic of the Warrens in Darkest Dungeon, to give you an idea.

The giant tapeworm was not my idea, it's courtesy of one of the players I was playtesting this with.
